This antique oak coffer is of simple form, having a wooden lid with hand beaten hinges, that opens to reveal a spacious interior, having a three panel front with brass escutcheon and is raised on stile feet, with two lower drawers with brass handles, and unique locking pegs to secure them closed from inside, the silvered finish is created having being polished for hundreds of years, this is a fantastic piece of history and is a really useful item which could be used at the bottom of a bed or as a coffee table, the dimensions are 123cms wide 45cms deep standing 76cms tall, I am happy to deliver locally for a small fee, or arrange a courier nationally
