Signed lower right, William Outhwaite was an associate member of the British Watercolour society, painting mainly in watercolours, of landscapes and cottages, although there is reference to an oil painting of figures, subjects include Bruges, Richmond Castle Yorkshire, Brockhampton, Dorchester, Lustliegh Devon, Road over the moors Exmoor, Yorkminster, Bootham Bar, this is a lovely image with bold colours, by an amazing artist, the dimensions are 44cms by 49cms, I am happy to deliver locally for a small fee, pack and post or arrange a courier nationally
